(1) Lecture Notes:

To help the student benefit most from the conference, the conference will provide lecture notes download at the conference web site.

(2) Accommodations and supports:

The conference will provide accommodation supports for the 25^th, 26^th and 27^th nights only. For participants who receive local supports from the conference have to pay their accommodation fee during check out.
台東公教會館，2月25日中午12點以後任何時間皆可進住，請在台東公教會館櫃台告知您的姓名，退房時間為2月28日上午12點以前，住房名單及房號已公布於活動網頁. (有登記要住宿，未聲明而不住者，需自行付住宿費並列入黑名單)

(3) 報到:

請於2月26日早上8點45分至9點間自行到會場報到。
活動期間請同學們注意自身安全，並記得攜帶水杯、健保卡、身份證、雨具、薄外套…等，以備不時之需，請勿攜帶貴重物。依行政院環保署97年7月1日「推動政府機關、學校紙杯減量方案之規定」，本次活動將不提供紙杯，請自備飲用環保杯。

(4) Social events:

(a) The conference banquet on the 27^th night will be hosted by a hot spring restaurant at Taitung, so, don’t forget to bring your swimming pants.

(b) 28^th February is the fifteenth day after the Chinese New Year (sometimes called Chinese Valentine Day) and Tai Tung has her unique way of celebration. The conference is highly recommending all participants to stay and enjoy the festival that night. However, don’t forget to arrange your own hotel reservation.
